Morning orchard

$400.00

A hazy morning orchard view. This one has a lot in it for me. Memories of the warmest sun growing up in the south of France, so much it would permeate deep into the bones. Then driving through flowering orchards on a motor bike in the Black Forest every spring through my late twenties.

I worked on organic farms seasonally for six years, five of those in Eastport, MI. I’d be up at 5:30am twice a week driving a truck full of veg into Traverse City and would see the sun come up over the orchards. I swear it’s a miracle I’m alive - was so hard to keep my eyes on the road. I wanted to look as long as I could and remember the feeling. What it’s like to see beauty emerge slowly.
